the limits for light vehicles and motorcycles are:
- Excess up to 20 km/h of the maximum permitted speed limit,
the infraction is LIGHT.
- Exceeding more than 20km/h up to 40 km/h of the maximum
permitted speed limit, the infraction is SERIOUS.
- Excess of more than 40km/h up to 60 km/h of the maximum
permitted speed limit, the infraction is VERY SERIOUS, with a fine of 300
