The logistics behind what we do are not easy - it certainly welcomes plenty of adrenaline, but this team is more than up for the task.
How Operations create a seamless experience for our owners
Owners will want regular updates from SandyBlue and need a villa rental partner who will be transparent in all communications. The operations team help us do just that. The role is all about commitment to exemplary standards, for both our owners and our guests.
Our Operations Manager, Taariq Furmie, understands that while this role is challenging, the rewards are worth it. “Taking care of over 100 properties and ensuring that each owner has their property kept to the highest standards keeps my team and I continually challenged. It´s an extremely demanding, yet never boring job and I wouldn’t change it.”
The people behind the scenes
We have introduced Taariq, but his trusted team of property managers are recognisable throughout the Golden Triangle in their branded blue smart cars. Working throughout the year to provide owners with every update they need, they will identify seasonal and preventive maintenance works to ensure incoming guests are arriving at a 6-star property.
As ambassadors for SandyBlue and our owners, Ricardo, Genevieve, Carina, Iris and Rumario have client satisfaction at the forefront of what they do. With rigorous pre-arrival and exit inspections, they know how to keep properties at the very best standard our guests have come to expect.
Also sitting within this department are the housekeeping and maintenance teams, and we will be meeting them in our next article. The whole department demonstrates how important successful collaboration is and our happy owners are a testament to this.
When the team is not busy creating magic with our villa portfolio, they too are enjoying the wonders of the Algarve.
