According to Postal, these awards recognise the gastronomic excellence of the best hotels in Spain and Portugal, highlighting the dedication and quality of the hospitality industry.
The awards ceremony, which took place at the Seeds Restaurant in Madrid, was attended by important representatives of the sector, including Rui Lopes, Director of Food & Beverage at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, who received this recognition on behalf of the team at The Argo Cocktail Bar.
The winners of the awards were chosen by a jury composed of Condé Nast Traveler journalists and expert contributors, who evaluated the nominees in ten different categories, covering characteristics such as dedication, revenue and the teams involved.
