The majority of complaints report problems in making calls, and accessing the Internet via a fixed or mobile network, while there are also those who point to a “general failure” in the services of the three largest operators. In all three cases - MEO, NOS and Vodafone - it is possible to see a considerable increase in the number of complaints in the last 24 hours.

In the case of Meo and Vodafone, most complaints seem to focus on the difficulty in making calls. As far as NOS is concerned, the flaws highlighted by internet users also concern the fixed network Internet signal.
